At our church, we stand firmly on the foundations of God’s Word, believing that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior and that salvation comes through Him alone. We hold to the biblical truth of the Trinity, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, and we honor the King James Bible as our standard.
As a body of believers, we are committed to worshiping God in spirit and in truth, taking up our cross daily, and following Jesus with sincere devotion. We believe Jesus died for all, that He is coming again, and that sin is still sin. Rooted in the Ten Commandments and the Baptist Church Covenant, we strive to love our neighbors, walk in forgiveness and repentance, keep the Sabbath holy, and uphold believers’ baptism.
If the Bible doesn’t teach it, we don’t need it. If you share these convictions and are seeking a church home, we warmly invite you to come worship and grow in faith with us.

We believe that church isn't just about a building with a cross. It's about people's relationship with God and each other.
ABOUT GOD
At Bethlehem Baptist Church, we believe in one true, living, and holy God. He is the Creator of all things, all-powerful, all-knowing, ever-present, and unchanging. God exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. He is full of love, grace, justice, and mercy. Through His Word and His works, He reveals Himself to us and invites us into a personal relationship with Him.
ABOUT HUMANITY
We believe that every human being is made in the image of God and has inherent value and dignity. However, because of sin, humanity is separated from God and in need of redemption. We are not able to fix our condition through good works or moral living alone. Our greatest need is not just improvement, it's spiritual rebirth. We were created to glorify God, but we all fall short without His grace.
ABOUT SALVATION
Salvation is God's free gift to all who repent of their sins and place their faith in Jesus Christ. Through His death on the cross and resurrection from the grave, Jesus paid the penalty for our sin and made a way for us to be forgiven and restored to a right relationship with God. We believe salvation comes by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, not by works or religious effort. It is a new beginning that brings eternal life and ongoing transformation.
ABOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT & THE CHURCH
The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, fully God and fully present in the lives of believers. He convicts us of sin, draws us to salvation, and lives within us after we are saved. The Spirit gives us guidance, comfort, spiritual gifts, and power to live out our faith. He helps us grow in holiness, understand Scripture, and bear fruit that reflects Christ's character.
ABOUT THE BIBLE
We believe the Bible is God’s inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word. It was written by human authors under the divine guidance of the Holy Spirit. It tells the true story of God’s love, His plan for redemption, and the hope we have in Christ. The Bible is our final authority in all matters of faith, doctrine, and daily living. At Bethlehem, we teach and preach the Bible as the foundation of truth for every believer.

At Bethlehem Baptist Church, we believe serving others is a vital expression of our faith. Jesus calls us to be His hands and feet in the world, and we take that calling to heart by actively engaging in service within our local community. Whether it’s helping a neighbor in need, supporting local ministries, or participating in outreach efforts, we are committed to making a tangible difference right here in Henderson.
Our service doesn’t stop at prayer, we roll up our sleeves and step out in love. From food drives to neighborhood cleanups, we offer regular opportunities for members to get involved and be a blessing to others. Join us as we live out the Gospel through compassion, generosity, and service to those around us.

Here at Bethlehem Baptist Church we want you to feel like this Church is the Church home you have been looking for! We believe in prayer! We believe in the risen Savior! We believe in the trinity! We are a small Church but we are a strong Church, strong in believing in Jesus Christ and letting Him equip us with everything we need. Our number one goal here at Bethlehem Baptist Church is to grow; and Grow Spiritually! We would love for you to come and join us in our growth towards God. We are an old fashioned King James Version Bible, Independent Baptist Church that loves the Lord and we want to share Him with you. Come Worship with us!
